Minerals are listed both as "chelated" and "elemental" meaning the total amount is the chelated portion and the actual amount of mineral is elemental.
Carotec's Chelated Calcium provides;
- 833 mg calcium glycinate (150 mg calcium) per capsule;
- 120 capsules per bottle.
Suggested use: 2-3 per day with meals. Or as recommended by a physician.
