Two capsules provide:
• 150 mg of BenfoPure®/Benfotiamine (as vitamin B1). BenfoPure® has 3.6 times greater bioavailability than regular vitamin B1
• 20 mg of Ribo-5-Phosphate, the active form of vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
• 50 mg of Niacinamide, vitamin B3.
• 150 mg of Pantesin®/Panthethine, the active form of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). Pantesin® has numerous published studies for cardiovascular health and was promoted a powerful detoxifier.
• 20 mg of P5P (Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate), the active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).
• 800mcg of Quatrefolic® (Folate), the active form of vitamin B9 (folic acid).
• 250 mcg of MeCobalActive® (Methylcobalamin), the active form of vitamin B12 (cobalamin). MeCobalActive is the cleanest of methylcobalamin ingredients made.
• 250 mcg of Biotin.
• 370 mg of VitaCholine® (Choline bitartrate).
