Description
Carotec's Magnesium (Chelated) is highly bioavailable magnesium. Magnesium is a major mineral and is necessary for every major biologic process, including glucose metabolism, protein synthesis and cell energy production. It is a "macro", not a trace, mineral, found mostly in bone and in the water medium inside of your cells; making it predominantly an "intracellular ion" and is necessary for the proper utilization of both calcium and potassium.
Minerals are listed both as "chelated" and "elemental" meaning the total amount is the chelated portion and the actual amount of mineral is elemental.

- 850 mg magnesium glycinate and lysinate glycinate (85 mg magnesium) per capsule;
- 90 capsules per bottle.
Suggested use: 3-6 per day with meals. Or as recommended by a physician.
