We recommend 2 per day, which provides 2 grams (2000 mg) of Superba Boost krill oil and 12 mgs of AstaReal Astaxanthin per softgel. This is a 30 day supply. You can take one soft gel per day and still realize benefits!
Suggested use: take two (2) soft gels per day with meals. Or as recommended by a physician.
